Our Initial Inspection:

Estabrook’s Service & Repair Department inspected the pump after disassembling and cleaning it. Upon inspection, we noted that:

• The stuffing box bore face was eroded,

• The motor was tested and in good working condition,

• The other parts were traditionally worn from service;

Our Service & Repair Work:

​

In addition to replacing components of the Griswold pump, our team repaired the equipment’s stuffing box plate. We also rebalanced the impeller to G.6-1940 ISO specifications and performed a pressure test at 20 lbs. Finally, Estabrook painted the exterior surfaces safety blue and delivered it to the customer’s plant site.
