Our Initial Inspection:

Upon receipt of the pump, our Service & Repair Department disassembled and thoroughly cleaned the equipment from the customer. After this preparation work, we inspected the Godwin pump, which highlighted:

• A mechanical seal failure,

• A worn shaft on collar fit,

• A worn case wear plate,

• A worn impeller,

• A broken bearing race inside the compressor motor;

 

 

Our Service & Repair Work:

To repair the Godwin pump into a usable condition, Estabrook’s team replaced many of the pump’s parts and properly balanced the impeller to ISO specifications.
